This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing
in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that reasoned order has been passed and that order has already been challenged in separate writ petition by the petitioner and this fact has also been accepted by the petitioner.
In view of the challenge to the said reasoned order, nothing survives in this matter. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped.
The contempt petition is disposed of.
