Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Cont. (Cvl.) petition has become infructuous as reasoned order dated 24.08.2021has been passed by the opposite party no. 2 in terms of the order dated 20.11.2017 passed in W.P. (S) No. 131 of 2009 by this Courtbut the petitioner reserves his right to challenge the order dated24.08.2021, (Annexure A to the show cause).
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cont. (Cvl.) petition is dropped with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order.
