04/06.01.2022 In spite of valid service of notice upon Opposite Party No.2 – Zaida Khatoon, no one appears on her behalf.
From the previous order-sheet, it appears that on last occasion i.e., 16th December 2021, no one had appeared on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 and to give one more opportunity, the matter was adjourned for today. In spite of that, today also no one appears on her behalf.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 4th October, 2021 and the same is effective till 6th January, 2022. Further, learned counsel for the applicant prayed for confirmation of his provisional bail.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State is present.
In the above circumstances, provisional bail granted to the applicant – Aabeddin Ansari vide order dated 4th October, 2021 in connection with Jamtara (Mahila) P.S. Case No.18 of 2020 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara, is hereby confirmed. The petitioner is directed to remain on same bail bond which was submitted in the court below at the time of his provisional bail.
Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the court concerned.
