Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 341, 332, 353, 504, 506, 189, 290 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Chatra.

It appears that a procession enroute to immerse idol of Godess Sarswati had blocked the road, causing inconvenience to the passersby. Police Party requested the accused persons to give way to the traffic on which they were roughed up. Two accused persons namely Naresh Paswan and Deepak Kumar Paswan were apprehended. The name of the petitioner has come in their confession.

It was submitted that name of this petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person Dharmendra Kumar Paswan @ Dharmendra Kr. Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No.7148/2022 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and learned court below on their surrender shall release their on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

the satisfaction of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Chatra or his successor in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021. Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
