the State.

The bail application has been filed on behalf of the abovenamed applicants with a prayer to release on bail in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No.37/2021 under sections 304B/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned J.M., 1^st Class, Jamtara.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that FIR of this case was lodged against 5 named accused persons including the applicant by the father of the deceased with these allegations that her daughter was married 3 years ago with Rohit Mahato and after few days of marriage, all the named accused made demand of Rs.50,000/- to construct the house and for nonfulfilment of the same, all the accused persons committed murder of the daughter of the informant by throttling.

Learned counsel for the applicants has further submitted that applicant no.1 is the father in law, applicant no.2 is the brother in law and applicant no.3 is the mother in law of the deceased. The allegations made in the FIR against all the accused persons are general and omnibus. The cause of death is asphyxia as a result of hanging and the applicants have been languishing in jail since 31.12.2021.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the contentions made by the learned counsel for the applicants.

In view of the submissions made and the materials on record, the bail application of the applicants are allowed. Let the applicants be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in the aforesaid case.
