Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 87/2022, registered under Sections 147/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 337/ 153A of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Koderma.

It is alleged that on 10.04.2022, procession of Ram Navami was proceeding towards Jama Masjid. It is alleged that 200 persons including the petitioners raised slogan and also pelted stones on the procession.

It was submitted that for the same occurrence another case being Koderma P.S. Case No. 85/22 was instituted and the petitioners are not named as accused in that case.

It was further submitted that similarly situated accused persons has been granted Anticipatory bail by co-ordinate bench of the court in A.B.A No. 4992/22 and 6232/22 and the case of the

petitioners stands on exactly similar footing.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners. They are directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and learned court below on their surrender shall release them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty-five Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 87/2022, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
