The anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(ii) of Coal Mines Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, is pressed into motion.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that he is involved in three such cases.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find this case fit to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected.
Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within two weeks.
