The anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daltonganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, is pressed into motion.

It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that he is Constable in CISF and there is no prospect of his absconding. It is further submitted that he is unable to keep her at the place of posting at present. The point of dispute is that the informant is not inclined to live with the family members. The allegation of unlawful demand and harassment is false.

Learned A.P.P. assisted by learned counsel on behalf of informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions made, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of two weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner will co-operate in the investigation and will appear under Section 41A Cr.P.C. as and when required and comply with the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
