4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 2585 of 2001 to

its original file which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 13.08.2010 passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the counsel for the petitioners could not appear due to non-marking of list.
5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite partyState of Bihar has no serious objection to the prayer made. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and being satisfied with the cause shown by the petitioners for non-appearance in this Court on 13.08.2010 when W.P.(S) No. 2585 of 2001 was called out, this Court hereby allows this civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, W.P.(S) No. 2585 of 2001 is restored to its original file. 7. Office is directed place W.P.(S) No. 2585 of 2001 under appropriate heading before appropriate Bench in the month of March, 2022.
