06/14.10.2022 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the
State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been granted provisional bail in this case vide order dated 14.06.2022 and the parties were directed to appear before the JHALSA. It is further submitted that as per report of Mediator, JHALSA submitted vide letter no.2786 dated 12.10.2022, both parties had agreed to resolve their disputes amicably. Learned counsel for the applicant further prayed for confirmation of his provisional bail.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State conceded that mediation between the parties was successful.
In view of the submission and materials available on record, the provisional bail granted to the applicant – Md. Ishmile Ansari vide order dated 14th June, 2022 in connection with Topchanchi P.S. Case No.119 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad is, hereby, confirmed. The applicant is directed to remain on same bail bond which was submitted by him in the court below at the time of his provisional bail.
Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
