1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 04.07.2021, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.65 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. No.733 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 392/ 411/ 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears that the applicant has been made an accused of snatching mobile phone and cash of Rs.300/- and he has been apprehended at the spot by the people.

Learned counsel for the applicant claims innocence of the applicant and it has been submitted that similarly situated other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It has further been submitted that the investigation is complete and he undertakes to participate in the trial.

5. On the other hand learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.

6. Considering the above fact, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.65 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. No.733 of 2021, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
