The petitioner is an accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case
No. 88 of 2022.
The son of the informant had left on his pick-up van, but he did not return. It has been alleged that after two days, the body of his son was recovered from the forest.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on his own confession. He further submits that several of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B. A. Nos. 5642 of 2022, 5836 of 2022 and 7089 of 2022. It has also been submitted that no recovery of any incriminating material has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 88 of 2022.
