The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022, G.R. No. 386 of 2022.
A theft was committed in the house of the informant and jewelleries were stolen.
The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of coaccused-Ajay Sao @ Ajay Kumar. The petitioner seems to have purchased some stolen articles. He is in custody since 8.8.2022.
Regard being had to the nature of offence and the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Bermo P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022, G.R. No. 386 of 2022.
