Petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer for direction upon the respondents to consider the cases of the present petitioners for their regularization to the post of Clerk-cum-Typist, as they are working against the sanctioned and vacant post since 2008.
At the very out set learned counsel for the petitioners submits that suffice it would be if this writ petition is treated as representation of the petitioners and directions is given to the respondents to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to it.
In view of the fair submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, let this writ petition be treated as representation of the petitioners and further, the petitioners are free to annex any other documents upon which they are relying, other than what has been annexed in the present writ petition, after receipt of the document and the representation of the petitioners, the respondents shall

consider the case of petitioners in view of the Annexure-6 dated 13.11.2020, after providing ample opportunity of hearing to him and thereafter, pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners.
With these observations and directions, this writ petition stands
disposed of.
Let it be made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits
of the case.
