After some arguments, Md. Kaisar Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse with regard to the alleged encroachment made by the respondent No.7 over the land in question before the competent authority.
Ms. Ruchi Rampuria, learned A.C to Sr. S.C-II appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 as well as Mr. Vijay Kant Roy, learned counsel for the respondent No.5, have got no objection to the said prayer.
In view of the aforesaid prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the
present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
