04/18.08.2021 The present writ petition is taken up today through Video conferencing.
It appears that the defects raised by the office are related to wrong numbering of the paragraphs as well as the pages of the annexures. Moreover, several annexures have also not been appended with the writ petition which has been filed by the petitioner by way of supplementary affidavit.
Mr. M.S. Mittal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one, after properly annexing all the relevant annexures with the writ petition.
In view of the said prayer, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
