04/10.03.2021. Heard Mr. Arwind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashwini Bhushan, learned counsel for the respondent-State and Mrs. Richa Sanchita, learned counsel for the respondent-JAC.
This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Mr. Arwind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to move before respondent no.3 by way of filing appropriate petition.
Mr. Ashwini Bhushan, learned counsel for the respondent-State and Mrs. Richa Sanchita, learned counsel for the respondent-JAC are present and they have got no objection if the permission is accorded.
