The instant writ petition has been listed today at the instance of Court itself.
On perusal of the order dated 16.08.2021, it appears that case number of the writ petition being “W.P.(C) No. 2441/2021” has wrongly been typed as “W.P.(C) No. 2441/2019”.
Keeping in view that the aforesaid mistake is a typographical one, “W.P.(C) No. 2441/2019” as mentioned in the order dated 16.08.2021 is corrected to be read as “W.P.(C) No. 2441/2021”. The order dated 16.08.2021 is modified to the above
extent.
