07/06.04.2021: In spite of repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Order dated 07.02.2020 reads as under:-
“On repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
However with a view to provide one more opportunity to the learned counsel for the petitioner, post this matter after two weeks.”
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 01.04.2015 passed in Title (Matrimonial) Suit No.236 of 2013, whereby the ad interim maintenance has been granted under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
Further, it has been submitted that the said Matrimonial Suit No.236 of 2013 has been disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties.
In view of above fact, the present writ petition being W.P.(C) No.1775 of 2015 stands disposed of as infructuous.
