Heard the parties.

After some argument, this appeal is being disposed of without considering the merit of the case on the consent given by the parties.

Since the appeal has arisen out of an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 3029 of 2021 and the writ petition itself is pending and further that Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Rajendra Institute of Medical Science, Ranchi has submitted that a counter affidavit has already been filed in the appeal and as such, the pleadings are complete, it would not be necessary to deal with the interim relief which has been refused by the learned Single Judge, rather it would be beneficial for the parties that the writ itself is disposed of within specified time.

Thus, we request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the aforesaid writ petition expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks on opening of this Court after Durga Puja Holidays on its own merit and in accordance with law.
