1. The matter has been listed in the instance of office. It has been pointed out by the office that in the cause title of order dated 21.06.2021 'Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 132 of 2019' has been typed erroneously instead of 'Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 132 of 2020' .
2. The order dated 21.06.2021 is modified to the extent that in place of 'Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 132 of 2019' , it shall be read as 'Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 132 of 2020'.
3. The Copying Department of the Court shall issue the certified copy of order dated 21.06.2021 along with this order.
