04 /04.08.2021 This petition has been directed against the judgment dated 17.04.2012 passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Giridih in Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 2012 convicting the petitioners for offence under Sections 341/323/325 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were convicted vide judgment dated 25.01.2012 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Giridih and Members, Juvenile Justice Board, Giridih in E. N. 156 of 2012 (G.R. No. 2768 of 2008). However, the petitioners were released under Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Yogesh Modi, after some arguments, submits that he wants to withdraw the present revision petition.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
