1. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. H. K. Mahato is present along with Ms. Ahalya Mahato, Advocate.
2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties Ms. Gouri Devi is also present.
3. This criminal revision application has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“That the petitioner prays for setting aside the Order dated 29.06.2011 passed in M.P. Case No. 228 of 2006 by Sri Mrityunjay Mahato, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad in a Proceeding Under Section 125 of the Criminal procedure Code, by which though it is proved that O.P. No. 1 Shiwani Devi is not the Wife of the petitioner but her daughter O.P. No. 2 namely Sushila Kumari is the daughter of him and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2,000/- per month as Maintenance per month from the date of order for maintenance of the daughter.
The petitioner prays for setting aside the aforesaid Order as it has not been proved that said Sushila Kumari is out of any relation of the Petitioner with O.P. No.-1 and also for the fact that the petitioner has no any regular fixed income.”

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition.
5. Learned counsel for the opposite parties does not have any objection to the prayer made.
6. Accordingly, the present criminal revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
8. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, are closed.
9. Let the Lower Court Records be sent back to the court concerned.
10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below through ‘E-mail/FAX’.
