Heard the parties.
This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 31.03.2017 passed by learned Addl. Principal Judge, Addl. Family Court, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur in Miscellaneous Case No.225 of 2010 by which application filed by the petitioner has been allowed by directing the Opp. Party to give Rs. 4,000/- in total per month to the applicants, as maintenance.
With the consent of the parties, the impugned order is modified with regard to arrears of maintenance. The interim maintenance of Rs.2500/- in total has been awarded to the wife and children,
In view of the agreement between the parties, arrears of maintenance would be Rs.3,000/- per month in place Rs.4000/- per month.
So far other parameters are concerned, that will remain as it is.
With the above modification, this criminal revision stands disposed of.
