10/29.01.2021 The present criminal miscellaneous petition is taken up today through Video conferencing.
The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed on behalf of the informant of Gomia P.S. Case No.126 of 2009, corresponding to G.R. No.994 of 2009 for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2- Ashok Kumar Bharti (one of the accused of the said case) vide order dated 19th March, 2010 passed in A.B.P. No.13 of 2010 by the In-Charge 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bermo at Tenughat.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State of Jharkhand, I do not find any reason to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 vide order dated 19th March, 2010 passed in A.B.P. No.13 of 2010 by the In-Charge 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bermo at Tenughat.
The present criminal miscellaneous petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
