This case is taken up through video conferencing.

The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 18^th December, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.536 of 2018.

Mr. Mithilesh Singh, learned G.A.IV, appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 and 3 submits that in pursuance of the order dated 4^th December, 2020, a cost of Rs.5,000/- has been deposited by the opposite party no.2. However, so far as the opposite party no.3 is concerned, an interlocutory application being I.A. No.393 of 2021 has been filed, praying inter alia to exempt him from payment of the said cost.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the aforesaid interlocutory application, the opposite party no.3 is exempted from payment of cost as ordered vide order dated 4^th December, 2020.

I.A. No.393 of 2021 is disposed of.

Mr. Rahul Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order dated 18^th December, 2020 passed by this Court in

W.P.(C) No.536 of 2018 has now been complied by the opposite party nos.2 and 3.

In view of the said submission, I see no reason to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party nos.2 and 3 is hereby dropped.

The present contempt case is, accordingly, disposed of.
