This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
The prayer made in the petition is for quashing the F.I.R.
It has been submitted by Mr. Mahesh Tewari, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 that now the investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted. He further submits that the cognizance order has not been challenged in the petition.
In view of such submission, this matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
