This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Status report has been received whereby it has been informed that both the parties have settled their dispute in Lok Adalat through compromise on 02.03.2013 and record was directed to be deposited in District Record Room, Jamshedpur from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur namely Sir R.K. Singh on 02.03.2013.
