2. The instant application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 03.10.2020 passed in B.A. No. 7647 of 2020 in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2013, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, to the extent to change the condition on which the bail was granted that “the petitioner shall register his presence before the concerned police station fortnightly, failing which, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail” and after modification the same may be communicated to the court below through Fax.
