petitioner and Mr. Ankur Sinha, learned counsel for the Respondents State through V.C.
2. Mr. Sushant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is having no contact with his client since long. As such, the instant writ application may be disposed of in the light of averments made in the counter affidavit.
3. Mr. Ankur Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent State submits that as per his instruction the original petitioner-Siyaram Singh has died and so far as the prayer made in the instant writ application is concerned; the same has been redressed and the entire benefit has been given to the petitioner himself.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also in view of specific submission of learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has died, the instant writ application is dismissed as abated.
However, the legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner will be at liberty to raise the grievance, if any, before the appropriate authority, if so

advised.
