This contempt application is for willful and deliberate noncompliance of the order dated 17.06.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.1755 of 2016.
Mr. Praveen Akhouri, learned SC(Mines)-I appearing for the opposite parties has submitted by referring to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.3 that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with.
Such submission has not been objected by the learned counsel for the petitioner on record.
Considering the fact and taking into consideration the order passed by the Writ Court having been complied with, therefore, no purpose is served in keeping the instant contempt case pending.
Accordingly, the instant contempt case is dismissed.
