This Contempt petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard on merit.

Pursuant to order dated 05.02.2021, show-cause has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 4 wherein order has been annexed whereby the case of the petitioner has been considered.

In view of the said order, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate step with regard to order passed by the opposite parties.
