This contempt application has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order, for the non-compliance of which this contempt application has been preferred, has already been complied with by the respondents vide order dated 24.09.2020, contained in Annexure-A of the show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties. He further submits that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it transpires that the order passed by this Court dated 16.06.2020 in W.P. (S) No. 6543 of 2017 has already been complied with by the respondents. In that view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
