02/ 01.10.2021 Heard Munga Lal Kr. Chitra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms Shrestha Mehta, learned A.C. to S.C.-II, learned counsel for the State.
This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.10.2020, passed in W.P.(S) No. 510 of 2018, the O.P. No. 2 has passed the reasoned order dated 12.01.2021.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts this position, however, he submits that the petitioner may be given the liberty to reagitate the grievances, if so advised, before the appropriate forum.
Liberty, as prayed for, is allowed.
The contempt proceeding is, accordingly, dropped and this
application, is disposed of.
