04/ 01.10.2021 Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Abhishek Singh, learned A.C. to G.A.-V., learned counsel for the State and Mr. Krishna Murari, learned counsel for the JEPC.
This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2-JEPC submits that in the light of the order dated 01.12.2020, passed in W.P.(S) No. 4665 of 2016, the reasoned order dated 09.09.2021 has been passed, which was also communicated to the petitioner. He submits that the said order has been transmitted to this Court through email.
Let the order dated 09.09.2021 be kept on record.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts this position, however, he submits that the petitioner may be given the liberty to reagitate the grievances, if so advised, before the appropriate forum.
Liberty, as prayed for, is allowed.
The contempt proceeding is, accordingly, dropped and this application, is disposed of.
