06/08.01.2021 The present contempt application is taken up today through Video conferencing.
The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party No.2 for wilful violation of the order dated 11th December, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2155 of 2019.
Mr. Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 11th December, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2155 of 2019 has now been complied by the Opposite Party No.2.
In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no need to proceed further with the present contempt application. The contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party No.2 is hereby dropped.
The contempt application is accordingly disposed of.
