The present contempt application has been filed against the O.P.No.2 for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders dated 23.08.2018 & 28.09.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1204/2018.
A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the O.P.No.2 stating inter alia that there has been no violation of the interim orders dated 23.08.2018 & 28.09.2018 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. The O.P.No.2 has not at all violated the aforesaid orders of this Court.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the O.P.No.2, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to bring sufficient evidence on record in support of his allegation that the O.P.No.2 has violated the aforesaid orders passed by this Court. Hence, I do not see any reason to further proceed with the matter.
The contempt proceeding as against the O.P.No.2 is dropped.
The present contempt application stands disposed of.
