The instant contempt application has been filed for initiating proceeding for contempt against the opposite party for willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 12.09.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.3475 of 2019.

Mr. M.K. Choubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order has been complied with, since the opposite party has passed order as per the direction passed by the writ Court in W.P.(C) No.3475 of 2019.

Mr. Aditya Raman, learned AC to GA-III appearing for the Opp. Parties has submitted that since the order has been passed in terms of the order passed by the writ Court, therefore, the contempt case may be disposed of.

At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to assail the order passed by the authority concerned.

This Court after having heard the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the order passed by the authority concerned as also the order passed by the writ Court having been complied with, is of the view that there is no need to proceed further in the instant contempt application.

Accordingly, the instant contempt application is dismissed.

However, it is left open upon the petitioner to assail the order passed by the authority concerned before the appropriate Forum or before the Court of Law.
