The petitioner is accused in connection with Putki P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 registered under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is devar of the deceased namely Manisha Kumari. It has been further submitted that Santosh Kumar Verma (the husband of the deceased) and Devanti Devi (Mother in-law of the deceased) have already been granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 2608 of 2021 vide order dated 10.03.2021 and in B.A. No. 8839 of 2020 vide order dated 26.11.2020 respectively and hence he may be enlarged on bail.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

It appears that Santosh Kumar Verma (the husband of the deceased) and Devanti Devi (Mother in-law of the deceased) have already been granted by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 2608 of 2021 vide order dated 10.03.2021 and in B.A. No. 8839 of 2020 vide order dated 26.11.2020 respectively.

Considering the custody of the petitioner and on the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner namely Deepak Kumar Verma is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Putki P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be own relative of the petitioner.
