The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T Case No.15 of 2021 arising out of Kuru P.S. Case No.138 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 364/34, 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard Mr. Avishek Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ruby Pandey, learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the mother of co-accused person namely, Ramdeep Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that there is a previous enmity between the petitioner and her family members as well as the deceased side.
Learned counsel has for the petitioner has submitted that other coaccused persons namely, Ramdeep Singh, Vikash Singh, Panchanand Sah, Mahadeo Oraon and Deepk Kumar Ajay Sahu @ Ajay Kumar have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.5766 of 2021, B.A. No.6644 of 2021, B.A. No.6698 of 2021, B.A. No.5535 of 2021 and B.A. No.4713 of 2021 vide orders dated 13.07.2021, 28.07.2021, 02.08.2021, 21.06.2021, 15.07.2021 respectively. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2020 and hence, he may be enlarged on bail.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner was also one of the accomplice and had taken part in concealment of the dead body of the deceased.

It appears that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and the allegation mainly had been levelled against five co-accused persons namely, Surendra Singh, Ramdeep Singh, Vikash Singh, Panchanand Sah & Mahadeo Oraon by the informant in the F.I.R. The petitioner is only alleged to have participated in the offence for conniving with co-accused person. It appears that petitioner is the mother of co-accused namely, Ramdeep Sing who has already been granted
bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.5766 of 2021 vide order dated 13.07.2021
Considering the fact that several co-accused persons namely, Ramdeep Singh, Vikash Singh, Panchanand Sah, Mahadeo Oraon and Deepk Kumar Ajay Sahu @ Ajay Kumar have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.5766 of 2021, B.A. No.6644 of 2021, B.A. No.6698 of 2021, B.A. No.5535 of 2021 and B.A. No.4713 of 2021 vide orders dated 13.07.2021, 28.07.2021, 02.08.2021, 21.06.2021, 15.07.2021 respectively, the petitioner namely- Ramwanti Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeIV, Lohardaga in connection with S.T Case No.15 of 2021 arising out of Kuru P.S. Case No.138 of 2020.
