Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 01/2020, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

The petitioner and other accused persons were alleged to have conspired and by preparing a false genealogical table had sold out the land belonging to the informant and her co-sharers.

The petitioner appears to have acted as an identifier in the sale deed dated 25.04.2018.

¶8

A supplementary affidavit has been filed from which it appears that the petitioner has got 11 criminal antecedents and all the cases have been filed by one Nilay Kumar Jha.

The petitioner was in custody since 16.03.2021 before being granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2021.

¶10

Regard being had to the above, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order date 05.10.2021 is hereby confirmed.

This application stands disposed of.
