Considering the submissions of learned counsels and the facts and circumstances stated above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court of learned CJM, Seraikella on 17.01.2022 and in case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the learned trial court on 17.01.2022, he will be enlarged on bail on taking the opposite party no. 2 by the petitioner to his house with an undertaking that the petitioner will keep and maintain the opposite party no. 2 with full honour and dignity as his lawful wife and on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/(Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021 arising out of Complaint Case no. 524 of 2020 with the condition that the petitioner will cooperate with theInvestigation of the case and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when noticed by him and will submit mobile number and photocopy of Aadhaar card at the time of surrender in the court below with an undertaking not to change mobile number during the pendency of the case along with the other conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
