The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S. Case No.17 of 2020, registered under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2020. Initially the FIR has been lodged against ten persons for committing cyber-crime. It has further been stated that except four persons, six persons namely Akalesh Kumar Verma in B.A. No.2333 of 2021 vide order dated 04.03.2021, Pintu Kumar Mandal in B.A. No.8354 of 2020 vide order dated 05.11.2020, Dilip Goshwami in B.A. No.11223 of 2020 vide order dated 15.01.2021, Kundan Saw @ Santosh Kumar Saw in B.A. No.11710 of 2020 vide order dated 11.01.2021 & Ranjeet Mandal @ Ranjeet Kumar Mandal and Pawan Kumar Mandal @ Pawan Mandal in B.A. No.212 of 2021 vide order dated 29.01.2021 passed by the co-ordinate bench of this Court, have already been granted bail. There is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial. On the basis of above facts, the prayer for bail has been made.

Considering the material available on record and the fact that

the similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing

bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum Special Judge, Cyber Case, Giridih in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S. Case No.17 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailer should be the father of the petitioner. (b) The petitioner will appear before the concerned police station once in a month (c) The petitioner will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
