The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/06.01.2021 The petitioner is accused in connection with Ramna P.S. Case No.01 of 2020 corresponding to G.R Case No.660 of 2020 (S.T. No.118/2020) registered under Section 302/34 of the IPC and charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that initially the F.I.R. has been lodged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code but after investigation, police has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been further submitted that the marriage has taken place in the year 2013 while suicide has been committed in the year 2020. The reason for suicide may be family dispute. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.01.2020. Hence the petitioner deserves to be released on bail.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the material available on record, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa in connection with Ramna P.S. Case No.01 of 2020 corresponding to G.R Case No.660 of 2020 (S.T. No.118/2020) subject to the condition that petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during the pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
