The petitioner is accused in connection with Pakur (M) P. S. Case No. 66 of 2020 corresponding to S. T. No. 14 of 2021 registered under Sections 323/325/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and is pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Pakur.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2020 and his prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2021 in B. A. No. 6136 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to move for his prayer for bail after change of stage. Now investigation is complete and charge has been framed on 16.03.2021 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to participate in the trial. On the above fact, prayer for bail has been made.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Pakur in connection with Pakur (M) P. S. Case No. 66 of 2020 corresponding to S. T. No. 14 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
