The petitioner is accused in connection with Chhattarpur P. S. Case No. 203 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 692 of 2020 (S. T. No. 23 of 2021) registered under Sections 341/323/307/379/385/386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and is pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Palamau.

Earlier bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.01. 2021 passed in B. A. No. 6012 of 2020 on merit.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2020 and he has not named in the FIR. On the ground of period of custody, the present bail application has been filed.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the material available on record and the submissions of the parties, it appears that the claim of the petitioner for bail has been rejected on merit and there is no change of circumstances.

In view of the above fact, prayer for bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
