The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 1022 of 2012(S) arising out of Lapung P.S. Case No. 21 of 2012, G.R. No. 3416 of 2012. It has been alleged that the younger brother of the informant was shot dead by unknown miscreants.
Petitioner seems to have been implicated on suspicion. Some of other accused persons namely Pittar Horo and Kuldip Sahu have already been acquitted by the learned trial court.
Although learned P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents but considering the manner of implication of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VII, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No. 1022 of 2012(S) arising out of Lapung P.S. Case No. 21 of 2012, G.R. No. 3416 of 2012.
