The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020.
The motorcycle of the informant was stolen by thieves. It appears that several stolen motorcycles were recovered on the confession of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2020, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020.
