The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Gidhour P. S. Case No. 08 of 2014 corresponding to G. R. No. 101 of 2014 (S. T. No. 185 of 2019) pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018.

It appears that two persons i.e. Deepak Sao and son of the informant have been killed by the gun shot. Seven persons have been named in the FIR against whom the informant has shown suspicion on the basis of land dispute. In the supervision note, suspicion has been shown against four more persons including this petitioner. One of the co-accused namely Deepak Ganjhu @ Deepak Jee @ Latan Ganjhu @ Kuldip Singh Bhogta has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B. A. No. 6209 of 2019 vide order dated 14.11.2019.

On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there are several criminal antecedents against this petitioner.

Considering the fact that there is no material against this petitioner, save and except suspicion shown in the supervision note, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with Gidhour P. S. Case No. 08 of 2014 corresponding to G. R. No. 101 of 2014 (S. T. No. 185 of 2019) subject to the condition that the petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
