Heard Mr. Vishal Kumar Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tarun Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No. 226 of 2020, corresponding to S. T. No. 13 of 2021.

It has been alleged that the accused persons had brutally assaulted the son of the informant who had been given fifty stitches. One of the co-accused namely Aman Singh Rajput @ Aman Singh @ Suraj has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 10036 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2020.

It appears that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents. However, considering the allegations which are general and omnibus in nature and the fact that one of the coaccused has already been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge – VI, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No. 226 of 2020, corresponding to S. T. No. 13 of 2021.
